Glenda Wina possède une carrière internationale remarquable dans les médias, le journalisme télévisé et la diplomatie. Journaliste et présentatrice pour CBS à Los Angeles, rédactrice d’actualités pour Television Zambia et productrice indépendante à Paris, elle apporte au Jury International de Cannes FIFI une perspective profondément internationale sur l’art du récit.

Son expérience du protocole diplomatique et des échanges interculturels en Afrique, en Europe, en Asie et dans les Amériques, ainsi que son parcours de rédactrice santé et sciences plusieurs fois primée, enrichissent son regard sur les œuvres qui créent des ponts entre les cultures et font progresser l’inclusion.

Glenda Wina brings a distinguished international career spanning media, broadcast journalism and diplomacy. A former reporter and anchor for CBS in Los Angeles, newswriter for Television Zambia and independent producer in Paris, she brings a deeply international perspective on storytelling to the Cannes FIFI International Jury.

Her experience in diplomatic protocol and cross-cultural engagement across Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas, together with her work as a multi-award-winning Health and Science Editor, informs her appreciation for films that bridge cultures and advance inclusion.

Gisela Kovach Dawson est une ancienne dirigeante de la publicité et du divertissement de marque à Los Angeles, où elle a fondé et dirigé son agence de placement de produits, The Catalyst Group. Née en Allemagne de l’Est, elle s’est installée aux États-Unis avec sa famille avant de construire sa carrière en Californie du Sud.

Ayant voyagé dans près de 80 pays et pris la parole devant des publics internationaux allant jusqu’à 10 000 personnes, Gisela apporte au Jury International de Cannes FIFI une vaste expérience interculturelle, un regard ouvert sur le monde et une profonde sensibilité aux histoires humaines.

Gisela Kovach Dawson is a former advertising and branded entertainment executive who founded and led the Los Angeles product-placement agency The Catalyst Group. Born in East Germany, she came to the United States with her family before building her career in Southern California.

Having traveled to nearly 80 countries and addressed international audiences of up to 10,000 people, Gisela brings extensive cross-cultural experience, a global perspective and a deep appreciation for human stories to the Cannes FIFI International Jury.

Béthel Ogandaga est un professionnel des médias et de la communication, engagé dans la culture et l’événementiel. Fondateur de L’École du Micro 241, il œuvre à la formation de maîtres de cérémonie professionnels et au développement des compétences en communication. Son parcours international l’a conduit notamment au Kolatier à Douala, à Visa For Music à Rabat, au Festival du Film pour Enfants à Dakar en qualité d’invité d’honneur, ainsi qu’au Nantes Gospel Festival en France. Également engagé dans l’action humanitaire, il est le fondateur de l’ONG AMI — Aide aux Mineurs Incarcérés. Il contribue aussi au rayonnement international de Cannes FIFI au Gabon, notamment en présentant une distinction du festival à un dirigeant majeur de la télévision gabonaise et en faisant connaître la mission du festival auprès du secteur audiovisuel local.

Béthel Ogandaga is a media and communications professional committed to culture and live events. Founder of L’École du Micro 241, he works to train professional Masters of Ceremonies and develop communication skills. His international experience includes Kolatier in Douala, Visa For Music in Rabat, the Children’s Film Festival in Dakar as Guest of Honor, and the Nantes Gospel Festival in France. He is also the founder of the humanitarian NGO AMI — Aid to Incarcerated Minors. Béthel also contributes to Cannes FIFI’s international outreach in Gabon, notably by presenting a festival distinction to a senior leader in Gabonese television and introducing the festival’s mission to the country’s audiovisual community.

Richard Dale Murphy accompagne la famille de festivals depuis ses débuts, à travers la France, les États-Unis et l’Afrique. Acteur, scénariste et producteur, il a notamment participé au film Alien Vacation de Ramon Cruz. Il contribue également à plusieurs festivals en tant que producteur, conseiller et promoteur, notamment l’Africa USA International Film Festival et le France USA International Film Festival. Son engagement en faveur de la justice sociale et du dialogue entre les cultures enrichit son regard au sein du Jury International de Cannes FIFI.

Richard Dale Murphy has been part of the festival family since its beginnings across France, the United States and Africa. An actor, writer and producer, his work includes Ramon Cruz’s Alien Vacation. He is also actively involved with international film festivals as a producer, advisor and promoter, including the Africa USA International Film Festival and France USA International Film Festival. His commitment to social justice and cross-cultural dialogue brings an important perspective to the Cannes FIFI International Jury.

Rome Romanne est un acteur, cinéaste et artiste interdisciplinaire formé à Harvard et au théâtre. Lauréat à 19 ans d’un important concours de scénarisation doté de 25 000 dollars, il a développé son regard cinématographique à travers l’écriture, l’expérience des plateaux et une connaissance approfondie du cinéma indépendant. Ayant voyagé dans 50 pays, il apporte au Jury International de Cannes FIFI une perspective véritablement mondiale sur les cultures et les différentes formes de narration. Sa formation comprend également le programme Stanislavski du Théâtre d’Art de Moscou, sous la direction d’Oleg Tabakov, ainsi qu’un accompagnement privé auprès de professionnels reconnus du cinéma et de la télévision. Actuellement basé à Pasadena, il travaille également sur son prochain livre, Rome Around the World.

Rome Romanne is a Harvard-educated, theatrically trained actor, filmmaker and interdisciplinary artist. At 19, he won $25,000 in a major screenwriting competition and has since developed his cinematic perspective through writing, on-set experience and a deep engagement with independent film. Having traveled to 50 countries, he brings a genuinely global perspective on culture and storytelling to the Cannes FIFI International Jury. His training also includes the Stanislavsky program at the Moscow Art Theatre under Oleg Tabakov, together with private coaching from established film and television professionals. Currently based in Pasadena, he is also completing his forthcoming book, Rome Around the World.

Il est également Vice-Président de Cannes FIFI, où il contribue à la stratégie internationale du festival et à son engagement en faveur de l’inclusion et de l’accessibilité. Fondateur et Président d’AYOCA, Giscard œuvre également contre la marginalisation et l’exclusion de la jeunesse africaine, en favorisant l’économie sociale et solidaire et la création de nouvelles perspectives. Formé à la transition écologique citoyenne et solidaire ainsi qu’au management des organisations, il apporte au Jury International de Cannes FIFI une expertise qui réunit médias, leadership, engagement humanitaire et vision interculturelle.

Giscard Ndjogou is the founder and editor-in-chief of Afroscopie Media, a pan-African and international platform dedicated to journalism, culture and dialogue connecting Africa and its diaspora. He also serves as Vice President of Cannes FIFI, contributing to the festival’s international strategy and its commitment to inclusion and accessibility. As founder and President of AYOCA, Giscard also works to address marginalization and the exclusion of African youth by advancing social and solidarity-based economic opportunities. With training in citizen-led ecological transition and organizational management, he brings to the Cannes FIFI International Jury a distinctive combination of media expertise, leadership, humanitarian engagement and cross-cultural vision.

Ancienne journaliste sportive, elle s’est imposée dans la couverture d’événements majeurs et la production de contenus à fort impact.

Directrice de publication de deux magazines, elle pilote des lignes éditoriales exigeantes et fédère des publics diversifiés.

Fondatrice de Wora Stratcom Agency, elle conçoit des stratégies de communication pour des projets institutionnels, culturels et internationaux.

Son approche s’inscrit dans une dynamique interculturelle entre l’Europe, l’Afrique et l’Amérique du Nord, notamment dans le cadre d’événements organisés à Cannes.

A former sports journalist, she has made a name for herself in covering major events and producing high-impact content.

As the publishing director of two magazines, she leads demanding editorial lines and brings together diverse audiences.

Founder of Wora Stratcom Agency, she designs communication strategies for institutional, cultural, and international projects.

Her approach is rooted in an intercultural dynamic between Europe, Africa, and North America, particularly in the context of events organized in Cannes.
